Brimsdown railway station is located on the Lea Valley line, part of the West Anglia Main Line, serving the neighbourhood of Brimsdown in the London Borough of Enfield. The station was bombed in 1944 and later became part of the Eastern Region of British Railways after nationalisation in 1948. The lines through Brimsdown were electrified on 5 May 1969, and before electrification, passenger services were operated by Class 125 diesel multiple units.
